En ole erityisen suuri tomaatin yst\u00e4v\u00e4 ja pastakastikkeenikin on useimmiten vihreit\u00e4 pestotyyppisi\u00e4, mutta n\u00e4m\u00e4 maut vei kielen menness\u00e4\u00e4n. Kokeile siis resepti\u00e4 vaikka tomaatti ei olisikaan suosikkisi, sill\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4 ruoka yll\u00e4tti my\u00f6s minut. Paistos toimii my\u00f6s ravitsevana lounaana.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raaka-aineet:<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1 rkl kookos\u00f6ljy\u00e4<br \/>1 sipuli<br \/>1 valkosipulin kynsi<br \/>1 paprika<br \/>1 punainen chili<br \/>1 rkl juustokuminaa eli jeeraa<br \/>1 tl paprikaa<br \/>1 tl suolaa<br \/>1 tlk tomaattisosetta<br \/>1 tlk kokonaisia kuorittuja tomaatteja<br \/>Luomumunia<br \/>Mustapippuria<br \/>Tuoreita yrttej\u00e4 kuten korianteria ja lehtipersiljaa<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ohje:<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">1. Kuutioi sipuli, paprika ja hienonna chilipalko. Kuullota vihanneksia ja mausteita kookos\u00f6ljyss\u00e4, kunnes ne alkavat pehmet\u00e4.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">2. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 kasariin tomaattipyree, tomaatit sek\u00e4 tarvittaessa v\u00e4h\u00e4n vett\u00e4. Riko tomaattien rakenne lastalla. Anna seoksen kiehahtaa.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">3. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 kananmunat paistokseen yksi kerrallaan. Tee tomaattiseoksen pinnalle pieni kuoppa ja kaada kananmuna koloon. Tee samoin kaikille kananmunille. \u00c4l\u00e4 en\u00e4\u00e4 sekoita, vaan hyydyt\u00e4 kananmunat erill\u00e4\u00e4n toisistaan. Hauduta kannen alla miedolla l\u00e4mm\u00f6ll\u00e4 viel\u00e4 5-10 minuuttia, kunnes kananmunat ovat hyytyneet mieleiseksesi. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">4.
