Miksi ylip\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4 ihmiset tuntuu palaavan arkeen t\u00e4ynn\u00e4 huolta ja stressi\u00e4 tulevista t\u00f6ist\u00e4 ja velvoitteista? Miksi niin moni ylpe\u00e4n\u00e4 julistaa omaa kiireellisyytt\u00e4\u00e4n?<br>Olen aina rakastanut arkea, joten varsinaisesti lomien loppuminen ei huolettanut minua. Halusin silti pys\u00e4hty\u00e4 miettim\u00e4\u00e4n, miten voisin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 aikaani paremmin. Varmistaa, ett\u00e4 minulla on enemm\u00e4n aikaa aidosti t\u00e4rkeille asioille ja ihmisille. Laitoin seuraavat niksit testiin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sis\u00e4llyt\u00e4n nykyisin jokaiseen p\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4n jotain todella kivaa, jotain mist\u00e4 saat energiaa ja merkkaan sen kalenteriini. Paperikalenteri on my\u00f6s aivan liian helppo buukata yli. P\u00e4\u00e4tin, ett\u00e4 nyt on aika totaalisesti luopua siit\u00e4 ajanhallinnan v\u00e4lineen\u00e4 ja siirty\u00e4 2000 luvulle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merkkasin kalenteriini my\u00f6s vapaa-illat ja p\u00e4\u00e4tin etten lipsu niist\u00e4. K\u00e4yt\u00e4n muutenkin v\u00e4rikoodeja ja huolehdin, ett\u00e4 teht\u00e4v\u00e4t joille priorisoin eniten aikaa on sellaisia, jotka aidosti tuo minulle iloa ja koen ne merkitykselliseksi.
