Siemenr\u00e4kkerit voi p\u00e4\u00e4llyst\u00e4\u00e4 mieluisella levitteella tai laittaa salaatin tai keiton p\u00e4\u00e4lle tuomaan lis\u00e4makua<br \/>K\u00e4yt\u00e4n siemeni\u00e4 paljon salaateissa ja puuron p\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4. Ne on ehdottomasti yksi suosikki superfoodeistani. Siemeniss\u00e4 on runsaasti kuituja, omega-3 rasvahappoja, sinkki\u00e4, magnesiumia, b-vitamiineja sek\u00e4 sopivasti proteiinia. Omia suosikkeja ovat chia-, hamppu- ja pellavansiemenet ja n\u00e4it\u00e4 kaikkia l\u00f6ytyy t\u00e4st\u00e4 reseptist\u00e4. N\u00e4in varmistat, ett\u00e4 saat kaikki arvokkaa ravinteet imeytetty\u00e4 parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Ohje<\/strong>:<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sekoita eri kulhoissa kuivat aineet ja sulatettu kookos\u00e4ljy, vesi ja suola. Yhdist\u00e4 aineet ja sekoita huolella.
