Perinteisesti luuliemi on ollut helppo ja halpa keino lis\u00e4st\u00e4 kivenn\u00e4is- ja mineraalipitoisuutta ruokavaliossa, aromeja unohtamatta.<br \/>Luuliemell\u00e4 on my\u00f6s lukuisia terveysvaikutuksia mm. ruoansulatuskanavan terveydelle sek\u00e4 immuunipuolustukselle. Se sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 paljon kalsiumia, magnesiumia sek\u00e4 fosforia mink\u00e4 vuoksi se on erinomainen lihasten, luiden ja hampaiden tervyedelle. Kollageenin ansiosta luuliemi tukee my\u00f6s nigvelten, ihon ja kynsien kuntoa. Reseptin raaka-aineet kannattaa ehdottomasti valita luomulaatuisina.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Raaka-aineet:<br \/><\/strong>1kg luita<br \/>2 porkkanaa<br \/>2 sellerin vartta<br \/>1 sipuli<br \/>2 rkl omenaviinietikkaa (Valitse lasipullo, jossa sakkaa pohjalla!)<br \/>Suolaa maun mukaan.<br \/>Voit my\u00f6s lis\u00e4t\u00e4 yrttej\u00e4, kuten persiljaa sek\u00e4 valkosipulia hauduttamisen loppuvaiheessa.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/><strong>Ohjeet<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 100%;\">1.
