Probiootit on hyvi\u00e4 bakteereita, jotka parantaa ruoansulatusta sek\u00e4 immuunipuolustusta. El\u00e4vi\u00e4 bakteereita on monissa ruoissa, esimerkiksi maitohappok\u00e4ytetyt maitotuotteet, maitohappok\u00e4ymisell\u00e4 kypsennetyt kasvikset (hapankaali, hapankurkut) sek\u00e4 fermentoidut paputahnat kuten miso ja tempeh.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"thin-font\"><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><em>Vatsaa helliv\u00e4 jogurtti<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"thin-font\"><br \/><strong>Raaka-aineet:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4 dl kookosmaito<br \/>1 pss tai 4 kapselia maitohappobakteereita (k\u00e4ytin VSL#3 valmistetta 1pss)<br \/>1-2 rkl hunajaa<br \/>1-2 rkl sitruunan mehua<br \/>\u00bc tl vanilja<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/><strong>Ohjeet:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 100%;\">1. Sterilisoi lasipurkit uunissa 100 astetta 20 minuuttia.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 100%;\">2. Sekoita raaka-aineet huolellisesti ja lis\u00e4\u00e4 viimeisen\u00e4 joukkoon maitohappobakteerit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 100%;\">3. Kaada puhtaisiin purkkeihin ja sulje kannet. S\u00e4ilyt\u00e4 pime\u00e4ss\u00e4 ja v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4nkin huoneenl\u00e4mm\u00f6ss\u00e412-48h. Jos omistat kuivurin 40 astetta on hyv\u00e4 l\u00e4mp\u00f6tila.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 100%;\">4.
