SPECIALIZING IN

When we address the root cause of the imbalance, we can experience long-lasting health and vitality.

The truth is, that I wasn’t the picture of health groing up.. I faced health challenges like debilitating migraines, malnutrition, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance and skin problems. My health was far from ideal, and I frequently missed school because of my symptoms. Also, I was lacking energy to do sports or other hobbies I loved.

Luckily, a turning point came in middle school when I was assigned a presentation on yoga. I explored my dad’s old yoga book and was amazed at the immediate relief I found through breathing exercises and asanas. This experience completely shifted my mindset; I realized I had the power to influence my own health. It was a piffany!

“I didn’t know at that time, but later I could see that my health crisis was my calling.”

Over time, I learned to cultivate a healthy self-love, restoring my gut health, balancing my hormones, and freeing myself from the migraines and digestive disorders that had plagued me for so long.

As my health improved, I gained more energy and focus, allowing me to pursue my passions and dreams. Eventually, I graduated as a clinical nutritionist, grateful to have such a powerful tool at my disposal: using food as medicine!

Her passion for using food as medicine to support health and longevity has taken her on a lifelong journey to discover better ways to support health in all areas.

REMEMBERING HOW TO HEAL

I loved working as a nutritionist, and discovering a course in functional medicine provided the missing piece that allowed me to help my patients more effectively by addressing the root causes of their symptoms, rather than just masking the symptoms. This approach resonated deeply with my own experiences and guided me towards my second professional calling: becoming a medical doctor.

Throughout my studies, I continued to expand my knowledge with courses in sports medicine, Ayurveda, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), meditation, and, of course, my first love—yoga. These diverse disciplines helped me develop a holistic health model, focusing on the unique needs of women. This approach embraces the wisdom of our bodies, offering nurturing and empowering ways to support women on their health journeys.

“I am constantly learning new things, updating my skills and testing my beliefs so that I can provide you with a shortcut to feeling good. It brings me joy when I get to be involved, alongside as a walker on your journey of well-being.

In many cases, health and well-being also act as a catalyst for other life changes! Seeing these countless changes and following people’s discoveries of their own strength is a great honor and inspires me time and time again.”
