This autumn and winter I have mostly eaten steaming soups, warming spices, and porridges. Today, after thermal yoga, I wanted something fresh—so I created a light soup using cucumber and other greens found at home.
Raw ingredients:
- 1 small organic cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp salt
Put all the ingredients in the blender and spin until smooth. I sprinkled some cayenne pepper on top to give it a kick.
